The more I have learned and the more I have discovered on how to transform both mentally and physically has gotten me to the point to burst out all of what I've discovered. Its been about 9 months now since I first started researching different protein shakes. The reason why I began my research was for my patients at the hospital that I worked for. Most of our patients were being treated with obesity and were making the drastic change in their life by having bariatric surgery. Before and after surgery, we have our patients on an eating plan that contains selections of protein shakes.
