So let me ask - is this a BETTER choice than good diet and plenty of exercise? A soy based artificially flavored dehydrated mixture is what the body has needed all along, just nature cant offer what these shakes can?

DeleteThat is the thing. A great exercise ethic along with nutrition meal plans ARE a good thing. The main fact that will always remain is that it is impossible for one person to consume the amount of vitamins and minerals that is required for our body to perform at its best daily. Adding supplements whether its vitamins or protein additives will require the full amount needed but not the calories that if one was to do it the other way. If you actually break down the food pyramid a person should consume thousands of calories just to get the right nutrition. Its a battle of calories.
ReplyDeleteI do make a commission...yes. Don't deny that. What makes me able to offer any statement on health and benefits and wellness is my degrees, my licenses and medical background. I didn't start with this company as a typical person just looking to make cash flow by being an independent distributor. I started with a group of surgeons studying how we can make our patients healthier and what was the best thing for them. Comparison charts, medical and drug studies and the results are there. I can walk into a physicians office and be able to be valued by my opinion because of my career. Not just because I hold a business card.
